Recognizing the rare lucky features of the Villány wine region, the development of the Jammertal Wine Estate began in 2001. Today, the estate have become one of the most important red wine making workshops in the world.
At the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles 2021 wine competition, their Cassiopeia Merlot 2015 achieved the highest score among all the submitted red wines in the world. This result has not only proven the merits of Jammertal Wine Estate but also indelibly placed Villány on the map of the world’s elite red wine regions.
The production of consistently internationally highly recognized red wines takes place in a winery that is perfectly equipped and meets the highest standards.
Their grapes come from excellently located, very nicely maintained vineyards.
