Registration package:

The professional registration package includes participation in the scientific programme of the Pre-Congress and Congress, access to the professional exhibition, admission to the Get-Together Party (including a welcome drink), as well as lunches and coffee break refreshments on all three days.

When selecting the online registration package, participants may also purchase Gala Dinner tickets (for one or two persons), which will be invoiced together with the registration fee.

After the end of the online registration period, from 15 September onwards, registration will only be available on-site.

The invoice will also include catering services as a recharged service, which will be itemised separately.

All registration fees are inclusive of applicable taxes.

The Get Together Party provides an excellent occasion for an informal exchange with fellow colleagues after a stretched scientific program. The Congress Organizing Committee would like to welcome every congress participant with a refreshing beverage.

Gala Dinner

Please note that the Gala Dinner seats are limited, therefore it will be available in a first come first served basis during the registration period. The organizers only accept requests for attendance until September 15th!

In case you wish to book a seat for an accompanying person, please check the box „Accompanying person” on the registration form.

The price of the Gala Dinner will be added to the registration fee and will be invoiced together. The requested tickets will be provided only after the charges have been fully received.

Recordings of still and moving pictures:

The organizers of the 3rd International HADO Congress inform the attendees that the scientific and social events will be recorded for future promotional purposes. The image and video recordings will be taken by professional photographers. The participants consent to the recordings and later usage by registering to the Congress.

Photo wall

A photo wall with Sponsor logos will be installed by the Organizers of the 3rd International HADO Congress, thus giving the opportunity to the participants to take individual or group pictures or have a chance for a photo together with the Speakers.

Book sale and autographing:

The book Atlas of Aligner Treatment and Planning, published by Elsevier in early 2026, will be available for purchase at the venue.

One of the authors, Prof. Emeritus Dr. Ravindra Nanda, will be present in person, providing attendees with the opportunity to have copies purchased on-site personally signed.
