Our company was established in 1997.
We specialize in designing orthodontics device and its fittings and additional
elements or rather in metal 3D printing.
Our company marked with innovation in the last two decades regarding to
digital services.
We introduced the digital technology in orthodontics first here in Hungary in 2012 according to our passion for producing orthodontics devices.
With my colleagues we mostly pursue our professional interests on different conferences hosting abroad. Nowadays, working together with the team of Doctor Bálint Nemes we are improving expanders with palatinal anchorage, such as MARPE, Micro4, Micro2, Hybrid Hyrax, etc. using the system of CAD/CAM technology.
Orthodontics appliances and implant/orthodontics navigational guides which are made by our laboratory are custom made and individualized. Our team work together closely with the Doctor and design the device according to the needs of the specific orthodontics case.
Our precision and rich expertise in this field both mean the perfect solution and high-quality for our partners.
The digital design facilitates to configure custom made orthodontics appliances.
The special feature of the device is that our team support the Doctors with graphic softwares and with metal and plastic 3D printings from the first step to
the last.
The workflow starts with planning the ideal position for the Mini-implants using CBCT. Then for the validated position we produce a 3D printed orthodontics
navigational guide and as a final step the appliance is designed by a graphic software. Before producing the desired device we are easily able to demonstrate the configuration of the appliance. After admitting the plan we produce it with metal 3D printing in monoblock form. The transversal screw will be attached tot he device by laser welding.
